Motic AE31E
The Motic AE31E Elite is a brightfield and phase contrast inverted microscope designed for research life sciences applications with an excellent optical and mechanical quality. The microscope is ready for an upgrade with Epi-Fluorescence attachment with the 3 filter slider mechanism.
The Colour Correct Infinity System CCIS©, long working distance LWD Plan Achromatic and Plan Phase objectives offers excellent image quality with high resolution and contrast. The Plan Phase 4X objective is available for fast screening of phase contrast image at low magnification.
The Motic AE31E is ergonomically designed with a wide base that provides strength and rigidity. The inverted “Y” support at the back on the base provides extra lateral stability. The swivel observation tube is inclined at 45° and rotatable in 360° to suit users of different heights.
The encoded quintuple nosepiece memorizes the light intensity and recalls to the last setup when changing to the respective objective once it is aligned. The AE31E is designed with Koehler illumination and comes in 30W or 100W halogen versions and is interchangeable with the LED illumination module offered as an option.
IR sensor detects the motion of the user and switches the power off automatically when the microscope is left unattended for more than 15 minutes, which extends the life of the lamp.
The AE31E is available in Binocular or Trinocular version, ready for digital documentation with the optional C-mount adapter and Moticam & Moticam Pro digital cameras.
