The AIS-R51D refractometer for wine making is designed to measure the Baume degrees in the original grape juice and the alcohol degrees of the grape wine made by the original grape juice.
It is convenient as it gives the winemaker an estimate of finished alcohol levels in the grapes.
This model has a built-in automatic temperature compensation ATC system. Compensation temperature range 10°C to 30°C.
