Description
The Motic BA410E Elite is the flagship model of the Motic BA series laboratory microscope offers the highest level of performance for the demanding cytology, pathology, and histology fields or other biomedical applications. The microscope is ergonomically designed with the Siedentopf observation tube for interpupillary adjustment, 360° swiveling head adjustment to suit different user’ s body height and low positioned control knobs for operation comfort. Optional binocular ergo head, tilting 4º~30º or binocular ergo plus head, tilting 4º~30º and telescoping 35mm are also available.
The BA410E is engineered with excellent optical quality with the CCIS® Color Corrected Infinity System. The Plan Apochromat objectives deliver uncompromised optical clarity, colour fidelity and field flatness over the entire 22mm field of view for demanding requirement in pathology, hematology or cytology. Increased Numerical Apertures provide an expanded resolution power for a more detailed specimen evaluation.
The microscope comes standard with the 12V/50W Halogen illumination and the 12V/100W Halogen version with the maximum illumination intensity to suit multi-viewing devices. The BA410E is an intelligent microscope with energy saving feature with IR sensor detects motion that powers off the light automatically, which helps to keep the operation cost down and extend the life of the bulb. The smart encoded nosepiece memorizes the light intensity of each nosepiece position and returns the last illumination setup of this position is recalled.
The low positioned coaxial rackless mechanical stage is designed with large working area (174mm x145mm) for operation convenience. The ceramic stage surface is hard coated to stand against abrasion and wear.
The BA410E has a complete range of optional accessories for contrast methods and epi-fluorescence imaging including the universal turret condenser for phase/ darkfield, polarizing and the epi-fluorescence attachment with the slider mechanism. The optional LWD condenser offers a longer working distance to work with other on-stage manipulation devices. It also offers the possibility to upgrade to a discussion/teaching device for 2, 3 or 5 persons.
